Silk City Soap started out as a great holiday gift idea. What better gift than something hand made and gets used up! In secret the first batch was made, from there meticulous study of successes and failures led to four solid soaps given to loved ones that first year. Over the course of our first year we've made over 40 loaves of soap using a variety of self-drafted recipes and techniques. Now Silk City Soap makes soaps for customers in a variety of States and can be found popping up in a craft fair, brewery, or neighborhood all across central Connecticut!
